This smart ring supports the measurement of heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, skin temperature, and other data. When using it, wear the ring on your finger with moderate tightness. Open the JSRing app to manually select the measurement or set timed automatic measurement.

The built-in pedometer can be activated in the app to automatically monitor steps, calories, and distance. The step count starts from 20 steps, and if you pause for more than 20 seconds before reaching 4 steps, it will be reset and recalculated later.

The sleep monitoring feature is default-on, tracking sleep status from 10 PM to 8 AM using a heart rate algorithm. The physiological data displayed is for reference only and cannot be used as the basis for clinical treatment.

Proper fit is crucial - if the ring is too loose, it can affect the optical alignment and lead to inaccurate measurements. If too tight, it may cause finger edema and discomfort.

If Bluetooth connection is unavailable, place the ring in the charging case, charge it, and remove other Bluetooth devices on your phone to reconnect.

Avoid exposing the ring to high or ultra-low temperatures. The IP68 waterproof rating does not apply to the charging case base.

Blood oxygen readings may be inaccurate for patients with hypotension, vasoconstriction, anemia, or hypothermia.

The JSRing app allows you to track sleep, activity, stress, heart rate, blood pressure, and skin temperature. It can also count steps, distance, and calories. The app generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Compatible with iOS 9.0+ and Android 5.0+, supporting Bluetooth 5.0. The app offers 16 language options. Before tracking, fill in your personal information to set activity goals. The "Device" page enables manual data measurement and automatic detection.
